This health & wellness program utilizes children’s literature and hands-on activities to introduce youth to basic concepts in mindfulness practices.

Suggested Duration: 10 sessions

  • Afterschool or enrichment activities

Teen teachers can be trained to facilitate sessions where appropriate.
