Carol Ann Tibbs has played a valuable part in Logan County 4-H and beyond throughout the years. She became a 4-H leader when her children joined 4-H and served in that role for 45 years. Carol Ann continues to stay involved in 4-H even now serving as Judge's Assistant during our 4-H shows and becoming a member of our 4-H Alumni Planning committee. Beyond the county level, Carol Ann has worked, assisted, and chaperoned a number of activities at the state level including Illinois 4-H Leadership Convention/Illinois Summer Academies, Legislative Connection, and the Illinois State Fair. Logan County 4-H feels especially blessed to have Carol Ann as a part of our 4-H program both at our county level and beyond!
