Carol Dobbels of Henry County has been involved in 4-H since she was 8 years old. As a member she took her special yeast breads all the way to the state fair. As a volunteer, she served as club leader, member of the 4-H Executive Board, and currently serves as the 4-H Food Superintendent for the Henry County Fair for 30 years. Carol’s most important role, however, is as parent and grandparent to former and current 4-H members.
