41 year leader of the Junior Master Gardeners 4-H Club
Fulton County is proud to induct JoAnn Block into the 2010 4-H Hall of Fame. JoAnn has been a 4-H leader for over 41 years! For 20 years, she helped bring 4-H to special needs students in schools. She has also been involved by serving on numerous Extension and 4-H committees. JoAnn is a valuable supporter of 4-H and is always willing to help the young members. Your patience and dedication to the program is very much appreciated by Fulton County!
