Virginia Down has made 4-H a part of her life through membership and service to the organization. She has continually supported 4-H and local members through her involvement with the Stark County Fair and her service with the Stark County 4-H Youth Council. Virginia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her everywhere she goes. She is a great asset to Stark County 4-H youth and a wonderful person to be around. She serves as a role model for personal, community and professional growth. 4-H members are fortunate to have Virginia as a role model.
