This annual virtual contest invites 4-H participants to explore their creativity and storytelling skills through the art of photography!
Each year, from June through August, a designated theme encourages youth to reflect on meaningful experiences, places, or perspectives. Youth will snap one to two high-resolution photographs, then electronically submit them for a chance at prizes and themed honors.
Contest Details
Youth ages 8 to 19: Compete in our virtual photography contest, annually held from June to August, with a new theme announced in May! Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges and announced by the end of September 2026.

Winners will receive prizes via mail. There is no cost to enter, but youth MUST be currently enrolled Illinois 4-H club members to participate (enrollment for the 2025-26 4-H year starts October 1, 2025!).
