May Bach has made a lasting impact on Peoria County 4‑H through her passion for youth, gardening, and community service. A 30‑year 4‑H Fair judge, 16‑year Master Gardener, 12‑year Foundation Board member, and 10‑year volunteer, she has inspired countless young people to explore the natural world. Her leadership in creating the 4‑H Learning Garden at Wildlife Prairie Park provides youth with a welcoming outdoor classroom. Through her creativity, patience, and encouragement, May exemplifies the 4‑H spirit and continues to cultivate both gardens and young leaders.
