Kim Barber

Kim Barber has been a dedicated Macoupin County 4‑H volunteer for twenty years, exemplifying the lifelong impact of the program through her service and commitment to youth. As a leader of the Lucy Birds and Northwestern Green Machines, she has fostered responsibility, confidence, and personal growth in countless members. Kim has also served on the county 4‑H committee and judged projects at the Illinois State Fair. An 11‑year 4‑H alum herself, she brings her full-circle passion to every role, truly valuing how 4‑H prepares young people for the future.
