Erika Tibbs

Erika Tibbs has been an exceptional 4‑H Club Leader for the Long Creek Critters in Macon County for four years. A University of Illinois nursing graduate and RN Medical Review Auditor, she brings dedication, creativity, and heart to her club. Erika pushes members to grow, lead, and engage in their community, guiding them to achievements like presenting Passport to the World at the 2025 State Fair. She involves teens and parents in planning, builds ownership and mentorship, and supports every member’s success. Macon County is truly fortunate to have her.
