When Melanie Neuleib-Zimmerman returned to Mercer County 4-H as an adult, she didn’t just come back—she revived a legacy. A proud alum of the Saddle Teens 4-H Club, Melanie brought back the Horse Bowl program she once loved and led it to new heights. With energy, care, and deep knowledge, she has coached youth to success at the regional and state levels in Horse Bowl, Hippology, and horse speech contests. Her leadership continues to shape a generation of confident, capable equestrians.
