One of Lisa Mott’s favorite moments is when a 4-Her runs up grinning, ribbon in hand, eager to share their success. That joy—pure and proud—is why she leads. A former 11-year member of the Moweaqua Rustlers herself, Lisa returned to 4-H when her son joined, and has since guided over 15 years of project learning, community service, and fair fun. From championing fairground updates to supporting every member’s small wins, Lisa’s leadership continues to brighten Shelby County 4-H.
