Karen Marsh

What started as a short 4-H experience in Pennsylvania grew into a lifelong commitment once Karen Marsh planted roots in Ogle County. Over 24 years, she’s become a fixture of the local program—first as leader of the Hayseed Kids 4-H Club when her children were members, and now as the guiding force behind Ogle Jolly, where her grandchildren carry on the tradition. Whether serving on the Fair Committee, leading club meetings, or turning recycled plastic into community benches, Karen leads with heart, vision, and an unwavering belief in young people’s potential.
