Julie Decker

For 27 years, Julie Decker has been the heart of the Russell Community 4-H Club—continuing a family tradition that began more than 75 years ago. As a longtime club leader and advocate, Julie has written grants, led service projects, and guided generations of 4-H youth across Lawrence County. Today, she shares leadership with her daughter while proudly cheering on her grandchildren, the club’s fourth generation. Julie’s tireless commitment has built not just a club, but a true community of learning and friendship.
