For Debra Girot, 4-H isn’t just a program—it’s a lifelong tradition. A 10-year member of the Top Nothers 4-H Club, Debra explored everything from dairy to public speaking. Now in her 17th year as leader of the Shooting Stars, she creates a space where youth feel valued and capable. From building a community garden to chaperoning overnight events, Deb leads with heart and purpose. Her four children, all raised in 4-H, are part of a legacy that began with Debra’s own father—and continues to grow through every young person she inspires.
