Since 1991, David Mills has been a steadfast force in Will County 4-H—offering more than just time, but a lifetime of service rooted in discipline, dedication, and heart. A U.S. Navy veteran and former licensed nuclear operator, David brings the same focus and care to his 4-H work—whether it’s advising Federation youth, overseeing the 4-H Foundation, storing floats and trailers at his home, or simply showing up when needed. His commitment spans decades and states, and his legacy continues to shape youth with each new generation.
