Christina Ladage

When Christina Ladage took the reins of the Barnyard 4-H Club, it was struggling to stay afloat. But where others saw decline, Christina saw potential. A 12-year 4-H alum from Piatt County, she brought vision, energy, and heart—sparking new growth and community connection. Under her leadership, the club has flourished, welcoming new members, deepening local partnerships, and creating space where every young person feels supported. Christina’s care and mentorship have turned a club on the brink into a thriving 4-H family.
