A lifelong Momence 4-H’er, Phyllis has a heart for service, fostering generosity and community throughout her 4-H journey. Her service began as a young 4-H alumna and blossomed into 35 years of leading the Momence Troopers, and is now leading her grandchildren in the club. Phyllis doesn't just lead by example; she actively encourages her members to embrace civic engagement and make a difference in their community. This lifelong learner continues to grow, taking classes and participating in leadership programs to ensure the best experience for her members. Whether judging records or planning recognition events, Phyllis is always there, a pillar of support and a champion for her club and community.
