Jackson County 4-H is lucky to have Carmetha, a dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer. As a club leader, she goes above and beyond, promoting 4-H at events, parades, and workshops. Always willing to help, she judges projects, transports youth to activities, and brings a positive spirit to everything she does.
