4-H and its traditions have been passed through the Fox family for four generations and Terry has been at the heart of it all. Being a member, leader, 4-H parent, 4-H grandparent, and volunteer for the Washington County 4-H program has been a priority for Terry his entire life. He is always available to lend a hand, his expertise and wisdom, or kind words to his fellow volunteers and the youth of 4-H. Terry truly bleeds green and believes deeply that 4-H teaches valuable life skills like leadership, public speaking, and responsibility.  Terry can be seen at a variety of 4-H events, workdays, workshops, and committee meetings and is typically there from start to finish. He leads by example by committing to a task and following through. He's not afraid to work hard and believes in the power of a 4-H experience.
