A 4-H volunteer is someone who gives all of themselves to “Make the Best Better”! Melinda Simpson is a shining example of that, she has been a club leader of the Buccaneers/Buccaneers Cloverbud 4-H club in Rock Island County for 37 years! Melinda dedicates her time ensuring the members have a tremendous 4-H experience. Each year you can find Melinda at a wide variety of 4-H events, including the 4-H horse show helping kids learn their patterns or assisting in the announcers’ stand. Melinda is also a loyal member of the 4-H Education Foundation.
