to ensure they have a positive impact in their 4-H career. 4-H is a major part of their family. Larry’s parents were 4-H leaders for many years and he has kept that family tradition alive! To date, Larry & JoAnn now have nine grandchildren who are all involved in 4-H.

JoAnn spends endless hours planning, organizing, creating, exploring new opportunities, Larry is right by her side granting every wish for the youth. At one point, JoAnn was the superintendent over poultry, rabbits, dairy goats, pygmy goats, and pot-bellied pigs in 4-H! Larry & JoAnn went above & beyond the expectations of any volunteer to guarantee there would be an exhibition opportunity as well as educational workshops for
all species.

Parents mention how much joy Larry & JoAnn have brought to their children while in 4-H. Youth are always eager to learn more about their 4-H projects.
