Kim Halverson has volunteered for over 20 years, including 17 years as club leader of the Lincoln Highway 4-H Club. Kim currently serves on the Blue Ribbon Auction Livestock Committee and is a member of the Kane County 4-H Foundation. She chairs the kitchen for the annual Foundation Pork Chop Dinner and Fundraiser, which has garnered over $200,000 in the past ten years. This spring, in response to COVID restrictions, her leadership and hard work helped the Foundation to hold their first Drive-Thru Dinner which raised over $3,000. Kim is truly an asset to the Kane County 4-H program.
