Don is the original inspiration for 4-H Shooting Sports in Williamson County. An avid sportsmen and life-long lover of shooting sports, Don's leadership, innovation and aspirations helped put shooting sports at the forefront for Williamson County 4-H. Don regularly demonstrates his passion for the sport and the youth of the community not only through his encouragement of 4-H members, but through his encouragement and mentorship of additional shooting sports leaders in the region. Don has committed countless hours to the program and leads his fellow volunteers through effective communication and inspiration. When asking his shooting sports peers what stands out the most about Don, the answer is always his commitment and ability to be a thought-leader for 4-H Shooting Sports in Southern Illinois.
