Sandra has been a 4-h mom, a 4-H leader of the Lucky Leprechauns for over 20 years, fair superintendent and longtime 4-H friend and supporter. Through her extensive service to 4-h, she has dedicated herself to providing quality opportunities for children to "learn by doing."
