Karen and Ron Horsley are the pinnacle of 4-h volunteers. They took it upon themselves to build a shooting program in Stark County. They dedicate an enormous amount of time throughout the year to running the program. Their commitment to offering the best, most inclusive, and educational experiences for youth is truly inspiring.
