Cindee has been involved in the Boone County 4-H program for 46 years, 10 as a member and 36 as a leader. During this time she served as the 4-H Ambassador leader and as a State Exchange leader. With the help of her family, they hosted 3 Japanese exchange students and planned trips and educational experiences for them. She has served as a poultry and swine project leader; helping organize the purchase of chicks and turkeys for 4-H'ers. In addition, she has provided housing and mentoring on caring for and showing poultry and swine for 4-H'ers who would not have had the ability to have animals without a place to house them. Cindee has taught classes at 4-H Super Saturday and Federation. She is always looking for a way to provide educational experiences to the 4-H'ers in Boone County.
