Brad Cash was a 10 year member and has been a dedicated adult 4-H leader of the Bell Ridge 4-H Club for 41 years, Edgar County 4-h Rockets for 38 years and a County 4-H Federation leader for 10 years. Besides being a 4-H parent, Brad has been a 4-H fair superintendent, judged in the show circuit for over 40 years, and has presented several workshops in Illinois and Indiana.
