Vivian Hallett is an amazing lady with a heart for the youth in her community. From judging breads at the start fair to teaching her club members about new countries during monthly meetings, Vivian tries to make the best better as she educates our youth to be great leaders in our community. Vivian is a go-getter in all that she does and we are very fortunate to have someone who gives so much to our community.
