Sheila Range Lueking grew up in an active 4-H family in St. Clair County, and lived at 4-H House while attending University of Illinois. As 4-H alumni, Sheila encouraged her husband Doug to join her and they began the Klover Kids 4-H Club, even prior to having their two children, Shana & Drew. Sheila has been a leader in Clinton County for 21 years, thanks to the leadership skills 4-H taught her. Sheila is passionate about 4-H and wants to ensure youth experience the great opportunities that 4-H provide.  She tells everyone she meets that “4-H made her who she is today; 4-H gives members opportunities for individual success as well as club and community success”.
