Jim and Elaine Thurnau have hearts of gold! They put the 4-H youth positive life experience first and enjoy watching youth take pride in their project achievements! They believe in the ideas, goals and the important of the 4-H program. Their involvement helped them raise two children who learned good work ethic and responsibility through 4-H then attending the University of Illinois to become successful in their careers.
Jim and Elaine continue to offer their support through teaching youth teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership in the livestock project areas. They truly love helping youth and families learn and grow together in 4-H.
