Janet Schumm is a very dedicated, hardworking volunteer within the Wayne County 4-H Program. Janet has been the sole leader of the Wayne City 4-H Club (40+ members) for 15 years. Janet has raised three children in 4-H and continues to volunteer her time while balancing her home, farm, and work schedule. Janet is an excellent example of a leader who works to make the best better while supporting local youth! Janet is always encouraging, promoting and teaching her club members the value of community service and what a difference it makes in other’s lives. You will always see her working hard with a smile on her face. We value Janet’s commitment to the Wayne County 4H program.
