Annie and David Winans are volunteers that always go beyond of the call of duty. They are the first volunteers to step-up without hesitation when the 4-H program needs support. Annie and David have served as 4-H club leaders, 4-H livestock committee members, and 4-H rabbit show superintendents. They enjoy helping youth learn about their project work and seeing the excitement that 4-H members have when learning new concepts. Annie and David enjoyed watching their children learn many lessons through the 4-H program and are looking forward to their grandchildren having the same opportunities.
