Charlene has been a 4-H Leader for the Country Crusaders in Randolph Co for 9 amount of years. Charlene has given so much of her time, not only for her children at home, but for her students at school, as well as the children in the Randolph Co 4-H. The amount of time and dedication she gives to helping the children in our county, can never be repaid. To have a leader go above and beyond, to make the lives of our children better, is simply amazing. All the children in Randolph Co. are beyond blessed to have Charlene in their lives. It is because of people like Charlene, that make 4-H what it is today. It is because of people like Charlene, that 4-H has a lasting impact on our future generations. It is people like Charlene that prove why 4-H Matters.
