Bill Boruff is a Mercer County 4-H club leader. He was a 10 year member of the Joy Ag 4-H club, which later became the Joy-Eliza Ag 4-H Club. He is a third generation leader of the club. His grandpa, mother and uncle were all leaders of the club. Now, Bill and his wife, Stacey, lead the club. His son, Andrew, is in his tenth year of 4-H and daughter, Kaelyn, is in her seventh year of 4-H. Bill is involved in 4-H in many ways. He has been a fair superintendent for 20 years.
