Steve Terrell, a retired Jr. high teacher, exemplifies the tenets of 4-H and the 4-H motto, “To Make the Best Better!” A Ft. Sumpter 4-H Club alum, he continues to serve 4-H youth as a dedicated volunteer for 25 years and counting. He served a term on the 4-H Association board and is a ringman for the open and Jr. meat goat shows at the Illinois State Fair. Steve served as beef superintendent for over 20 years and is now goat superintendent. Steve Terrell is an excellent instructor and judge and has conducted clinics and judged 4-H shows all around the state. Edgar County is thankful for his dedicated service to our county!
