Rhonda O'Neal exhibits the characteristics that 4-H teaches our youth. For 11 years she has worked with our home-school audiences providing learning opportunities at club meetings, field-trips, and by attending public meetings. Rhonda is usually one of the first to raise her hand when Extension needs volunteers for special programming, and always has a pleasant personality with staff, parents, and youth.
