Phyllis McReynolds has been active in 4-H for over 50 years, starting in her youth as a member of 4-H in Shelby County, IL. 4-H has been a part of Phyllis’s family ever since. She has raised her children and grandchildren in the 4-H program and over the years, Phyllis has assisted and led multiple clubs, most recently the Moultrie County Sunny Side Flea Flickers. Phyllis’s love for Extension does not stop at 4-H. She is a long-time member of the Prairie Association for Home & Community Education group, The Bethany Night Owls; President of the Prairie Association for Home & Community Education board as well as an active member of the Moultrie-Douglas Extension Foundation. Phyllis has been and continues to be an invaluable volunteer to not only Moultrie-Douglas 4-H but to Extension as a whole.
