Jo Daviess County is proud to honor Leisa Hubb as their 2017 Hall of Fame recipient. 4-H has always been a family affair for Leisa. Her participation in Jo Daviess County 4-H has spanned decades. She has been a dedicated 4-H participant, leader, valued volunteer, and the parent of two active 4-H members. During her 10 years of membership, Leisa participated at both the county and state levels in various areas and was chosen as a National 4-H Congress winner. As an adult she has been a leader for 9 years and counting. Leisa is an Organizational Leader, a 4-H Fair Superintendent, serves on the Awards Committee, helps organize the Dairy and Livestock Judging Contest, and devotes time to 4-H Federation. Leisa's passion and love for 4-H is evident in everything she does for our program.
