Francis is a long-time 4-H leader in addition to being active in the community. His club does monthly paper drives, helps with local blood drives as well as other various community charities and events. Francis is also an active member of the local pork producers. He is a valued asset to the Richland County 4-H program and is an outstanding role model for the youth he encounters.
