Connie was the Jasper County 4-H Community Worker/Program Coordinator for over 20 years, and she is the reason Jasper County 4-H has thrived. Not only did she continue the traditional 4-H programming, but she started many new programs. Recently, after retiring, Connie has still continued to support the 4-H program immensely. While going through staff changes, Connie stepped in and provided leadership to all the families in Jasper County in various activities and events, including the 4-H Fair. Connie always has a smile on her face and is willing to help in any way possible, 4-H related or not.
