Annette Speer is an outstanding volunteer for the Mercer County 4-H program. She so generously donates her time to the 4-H program in many ways. She is a current 4-H leader for the Hamlet Handy Helpers and 4-H Teen Federation, and she serves on the 4-H Foundation as the secretary. She is a very busy individual, but she still finds time to volunteer for many community organizations as well as being a very successful entrepreneur as the owner and director of the Speer Funeral Home. Her service and financial support to the Mercer County 4-H programs is impressive and so greatly appreciated. Her willingness to get involved in so many important organizations in the community is selfless. Her professionalism, leadership, and ethics make her an outstanding role model to Mercer County adults and youth alike. Annette is a very valued volunteer in Mercer County.
