Jasper County is happy to honor Patricia Hildebrand as their Hall of Fame Recipient. Pat retired from Extension in 2010 after 38 years of service. She has played an instrumental role in the local 4-H program. Pat has watched the youth she guided develop into volunteers from which she has had the privilege to work beside to continue to strengthen the program in the county
