Melvin Koester, along with his wife Connie, has been a leader of the Springpoint Rebels 4-H Club in Cumberland County for 21 years. During this time, Melvin has spent many years volunteering at club and countywide events, serving on the Extension Council, and working as a Superintendent of the poultry show. Melvin truly embodies the values of the 4-H pledge in his daily life. He is an outstanding role-model for his family, community, and to the 4-Hers for whom he has volunteered.
