Kris Hall is a dedicated volunteer to the Boone County 4-H program. While serving for many years as a Federation advisor Kris was instrumental in starting and is still the coordinator for the Hometown Christmas tree program, which provides trees and gifts to families in need throughout the community. In addition, Kris is the chairperson of the county 4-H Horse Committee and horse superintendent. She helps youth grow and develop by encouraging them to set goals, gain knowledge and push themselves.
