Richard’s philosophy has always been “it’s for the kids” as he has been an asset to the Carroll County 4-H Program, serving as a 15 year leader of the Milledgeville Hotshots 4-H Club. One of his biggest challenges and accomplishments was supervising the construction of the 4-H exhibit building at the Carroll County fairgrounds.
