James is a true servant to the Menard County 4-H Program. He has served as a 4-H leader for the Athens Ag program for the past 20 years. James represents Menard County on the Unit Extension Council, serves as the Sheep Superintendent, and is a member of the 4-H livestock advisory committee. He is very active throughout the fair helping in the livestock area, assisting with beef weigh in, livestock auction, and the 4-H Food Stand.
