Debra has affected the 4-H careers of over 300 young individuals through her involvement as a 15 year club leader for the Prairie 4-H Club. She has taken her club from 15 members to 80 4-H members. She also has served on the Livestock and Auction Committee for almost 20 years, along with serving on the Will County 4-H Youth Foundation.
