Vaughn and Sally Kiner of La Salle County are both wonderful representations of the 4-H program. As past 4-H members and current volunteers, Vaughn and Sally are both very active. Sally has been adviser to the Federation committee, assisted with the Horse Bowl for 22 years, assisted with judging, served as an adult leader of Youth Council and Extension Council, and scored and graded record books. Vaughn is very active in maintaining the Fairgrounds, a 14 year member of the Fair Board where he has served as Treasurer and President, an active member of the Horse and Beef committees, and is Superintendent of welding.
