Richard Kocher started his 4-H career in Crawford County in 1986 as a Youth Council member until 1990. He was then recruited to the Crawford County 4-H & Extension Foundation in 1992 as a charter member of this committee. Rich has served several times as the chair for the foundation committee and has contributed great insight and knowledge not only to the Extension program but to the general public as well.
