Randy and Diane Lloyd have played an important role in making McLean County 4-H the strong program that it is today. In 1982 they formed the Greenleafers 4-H Club with seven members and through their leadership and organization the club has grown to over 50 members. As leaders, Randy and Diane led the development of the Bicycle Safety Rodeo, taught their members the importance of civic service, respect for the environment, and dedication to a project. “Making the best better” truly describes this couple’s contribution as many of their members finished their 4-H careers with top honors at the county and state level.
